never open - weird hours??? by Evan B. at InsiderPages

I've lived on the same block as this store for 4 years and have never once seen it open. The display window looks really nice, but I'm not sure what the scoop is. I think the owners live upstairs in the apartment. I'm skeptical of this one. Check their references carefully.
