Carlos at C & S seems like a nice guy.
When my car was towed to his shop he told me it was no problem to make payments. Said he would put the car in his garage every night. I made payments every paycheck and he was friendly and helpful each time I went in.
Come to find out, he was driving my car without permission for 5 weeks!
Not only did he cost me $64 in Sunpass toll charges but he put nearly 1400 miles on my new transmission!
When I confronted him, he was belligerent. Didn't see anything wrong with what he had done and says he does this all the time.
I wouldn't recommend this guy to anyone. He may know his way around a transmission but he is dishonest!

I was impressed that it is a family owned shop and they treat their customers like family also. They stand behind their service which is so important in this day and age.
