I had a key that wasn't working correctly, and they took it to the back, figured out what the intended key coding was INTENDED to be, then remade a perfect one 30 seconds later.
Specialize in hard-totmake keys. Their personal attention will have you coming back again and again. Also, I have brought severl keys with a Do Not Duplicate tag on them. Each time, the locksmith asked for the accompanying letterhead for permission to duplicate. This shows that they have real integrity and pride in their craft.
I would guess that their pricing is slightly higher than most, but they guarantee all of their work--will re-make, re-do any of their work if you are not 100% satisfied.
