I'm so glad I didn't just go by the 3 negative reviews of this facility. Several people have recommended CNY PT to me. I can see why! My therapist was extremely knowledgable, professional, and caring. I received personalized care, and never felt like I was forgotten. The facility is first class and even has a huge warm water therapy pool! I'm glad I took everyones advice and went to CNY PT.

I've seen my fair share of physical therapist over the years, and for the most part have been unimpressed with the results. I had a total knee replacement, and i couldn't believe how quicly my therapist got me back on my feet. All the therapists know their stuff! If you need physical therapy do your homework before choosing a facility

I am in awe how the front end acts when trying to connect with a patient. Blondie..Kristin is so nasty. It's always a matter of fact with her. SHE IS SO RUDE....PERIOD........What I don't understand is...attendance is DOWN.....and YOU HAVE RAISED YOUR PRICE TO $40. a month to use the pool. You have cut the hours also.You can't get enough people to come..yet you think it is better to raise the prices, Sergio?Don't make no sense to me........The water is NEVER CLEAR ANYMORE.......

I would like to say that your front desk is right on the money. The staff has alot to be desired.
Patients do not have to wait long for their appointment. And that is a plus..period.
BUT.... In all aggression I feel the staff is NOT upbeat and very cold. Not a pleasant experience. It seems like it is a chore for THEM.
When my therapy ends. I will most likely go elsewhere. Also the room has an odor. Need to do alot of spraying.
A not so pleased patient.

I AM VERY ALARMED THAT THE POOL DOES NOT LOOK CLEAN AT ALL.....AND SO ARE MANY OTHERS. BUT EVERYONE IS AFRAID TO SAY A WORD. MANY ARE THINKING OF NOT COMING BACK. THE WATER IS NOT CLEAR AT ALL.......CONNIE CASE KEPT IS SPARKLING.

WHY DON'T YOU MAKE IT MANDATORY FOR FOLKS TO HAVE TO TAKE A SHOWER BEFORE ENTERING !! SOME PEOPLE ALSO ARE JUST NOT CLEAN.
