1) I scheduled my appointment a month ahead and when the day I walked in, they end up making me wait for 45 minutes before I can take my X-rays.
2) C-Dental help me file a claim to my insurance. First they filed it to the wrong company. Second, after I make them file to the correct place, I have not heard back from my dental insurance company so I decided to call in and later find out that the claim is pending due to missing information. So I called C-Dental and they said everything is now between you and your insurance and WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING!
This is the year 2007. A company with this kind of service should not have survive, beware!

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Did not start on the schedule time, poor staff attitude, and pretty much kick you out of the door after they have collected money from you.
