I was lured to this business by the low prices and the convenience of the location, and for many months, things were fine. They lost a belt for one of my shirts, but I still chose to go back. I should have trusted the other reviews on this site, however. All my months of luck caught up to me when last night, my husband picked up six pieces from the cleaners. FOUR of them were ruined by large blue ink stains, including two items that were brand new. And, they'd broken the button off of one of the shirts and replaced it with a black button that did NOT match the others. Their reimbursement policy will not cover the cost of these items, making their low prices absolutely NOT worth it, and frankly, their customer service is terrible. Don't make the same mistake I did.

They lost $1300 of my clothes - mostly new - after they were there for only 24 hours. They still have no explanation for this and cannot find them. I am extremely upset with this.
