Generally the staff is great and for dog & cat supplies C&C can't be beat. Bird supplies are lacking though and the owner/manager is very unfriendly. I've stopped going because on my last trip they were having problems with their card reader. They ran my card 3 times, and the checker clearly stated she had no idea if it was actually charging or not. The manager/owner came over and said we had to run it again (all the while another cash register & card reader were in use and working fine). I said no, as potentiallyt $60 had already left my account 3 times. He said Fine and walked away. No attempt to move me to the working register, etc. I left the $60 of supplies on the counter and never went back. It's a shame, they had a great selection.

If you are looking for good prices and quality products, C&C is the place to go. The staff are knowledgeable and really friendly. I have recommended this store to others.
