The staff was very nice, very easy to deal with and did a great job. Convenient to downtown and Caltrain. Also did the work quickly and had the car ready when they said they would. Overall, as pleasant an experience as you can have when your car is damaged.

My old Honda Civic happened to be parking right in front of C&C Body Shop overnight at Mountain View in February. The next morning when I was trying to start the car it wouldn't start! After numerous void attempt I walked into the shop asking for help. Ralph was very nice. He tried to jump start my car, but it was obvious that the battery wasn't the problem. So he found a few guys to push my car into the garage, and assured me that his team would take care of it. I received a drop off at work, and later on they found out that it was my spark plugs that needed to be changed. They fixed it within the day and the car has been running very well since.

My Honda Accord 2005 was rear ended by a BMW 525 last Saturday (Feb 7, 2009). The BMW driver's insurance company State Farm paid for the repair. I had the car checked by C&C on Monday (Feb 9, 2009), they ordered rear bumper. Yesterday (Feb 11, 2009) I dropped the car there and today, I got the car back with a shinning new bumper (well, it is a re-conditioned bumper, but who cares as long as it does the job). C&C did excellent and quick job! I would highly recommend them.

Thanks C& C Auto Body for being honest! It is refreshing to deal with people who care and are being clear as what is going to happen next. Ralph the estimator explained what the process was and how quickly he was going to get me back on the road. He called and explained what, where, when and why of what was happening to my car, he even emailed me pictures! Most of all, he was honest with the time frames so I could adjust my schedule. I dont plan on having an accident but I know where to go!

--Bottom line first: I did and would go back there (although I hope I won't need to).

--My knowledge about cars and car repair is probably above average as is my attention to such details, and I had an excellent experience at C&C (Ralph). My Honda Pilot had some "good" damage to hood and fender and other external body parts. They did a great job, replacing what needed to be replaced and repairing the rest, including perfect color matching, curving, etc. When I had comments/questions - they listened and addressed them right away in a friendly way without giving me the feeling that I am a pain or an idiot...

--Ralph told me to return with any question or related problem, if I had any, and he will address them under warranty. When I returned few months later with something that was not necessarily related - they simply took it and fixed it at no charge without even questioning. I was impressed by their pleasant approach, attention to customer needs and by their accurate time estimates.

--Speaking of customer focus, in case you need to wait there (which I did the second time around for ~10-15 minutes), they have a clean and quiet waiting room with coffee, sweets computers, internet, etc.. If that is not enough for you - good food, coffee-shops, book stores and more are plenty right around the corner.
