I recently purchased a Townhouse and wanted the rugs cleaned, sanitized, and scotch guard protected before I moved all my furniture in. Byrnes Chem-Dry was very easy to work with even though I lived out of town. I never met any one from the company but they were quick to go to the townhouse and give me an estimate. The charge was MORE than fair--in fact--I was expecting a much higher charge for doing all my rugs and the staircase.
They completed the project the same day I accepted their estimate and I was more than satisfied with the work they did.
I highly recommend them to any one who is considering cleaning their carpets. In fact, my sister had them do her rugs after she saw the great job they did with mine.
