We were sold a 'leather' sofa with three cushions at a very good price. Now I realize how Bi-Rite can make such good deals because the 'leather' sofa was not ALL leather as we had been told. After about three months the panels between the top and the bottoms of the seat cushions began to separate and peel away from a fabric backing-- sure looked like leather before it began to peel off. How cheap can a company be to save money by using an inferior product for about a width of 4 inches all around three cushions??? Of course when we contacted Bi-Rite we were told to contact the manufacturer. When we contacted the manufacturer they told us that Bi-Rite carried the only warranty. Result-- we have an almost new sofa ready for the dump. They'll tell you anything to make the sale, then you're on your own. Read your sales receipt, they do state explicitly that they will not be responsible for ANYTHING after your purchase or down payment.You really do get what you pay for-- beware of Bi-Rite's great deals! They sell trash!Plus, they misrepresent it as a good buy!

I just have to say WOW! I was very impressed with your selection. I was greeted at the door, offered something to drink, and invited to go on a tour. I felt like I had my very own tour guide. I was given a great price on a bedroom set. Thank you Doug for your help and professional courtesy. I will be coming back for that living room set.

Went to BI-RITE Furniture to buy a bedroom set. Put down a cash deposit. I did want want the bedroom set after some problem came up with the money for the set. Abel and Everett said we had contract and that I could not have my money back. That we had to buy what we agreed on or I would lose the deposit. I would not be going back to this place for anything.

I purchased a King sized mattress. I asked a lot of questions and the salesman answered them all with the Perfect answers. After having the mattress for about 5 or 6 weeks, it started to sag on my husbands' side. I called and the told them I have my receipt for a mattress and it has a 12 month warrantee. It's beginning to break down on one side and she said If you have the receipt, you should have the warranty information and we don't handle that and hung up.
I called back and the same female stated that I had to call the manufacturer and hung up again.
My husband went up there the next day was politely greeted then told to lose some weight because of the mattress issue. AND That the warrantee does not cover anything except MANUFACTURER DEFECTS. Being Overweight is not a viable issue to use the warrantee.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY IN THIS PLACE OF SO CALLED BUSINESS
