It is very difficult to get help from staff. They are around but they do everything they can to avoid helping. A staff won't look for my item even though I was told that item is in the store over the phone.

Also, after purchasing micralite toro, a different staff told me how my stroller is inferior to bugaboo or uppababy. Thanks for bursting my bubble.

I turned in my registry to a woman chatting on the phone to her boyfriend who couldn't be bothered to answer my questions about how my friends and family might more easily buy their stuff! I'm not an excitable woman, I've worked in retail, and I know just how draining that job can be. If you would rather look at things than buy them, buy buy baby is the place for you. Though I think I'd rather go to the MOMA for that.
