Quality Cleaning
I have been a customer of Burton Way cleaners for the past 5 years. My wife andd I take all of our wardrobe to them including our expensive suits and dresses and they do excellent work. They've never disappointed me with the quality of work or their pricing. The tailor is also great. Very quick turnaround.

Great Service
I was in a bind to get my dress cleaned and needed it for a wedding on Saturday. I got there at 3:00 pm on Friday and they got it ready for me withing an hour and did an excellent job of cleaning multiple spots on the dress. They also did some minor altration on the dress without even charging me. Great service. Keep up the good work

Lost
They lost $4000 (suits, dresses, all from a vacation) worth of our clothing and would not do anything to help us. We were amazing customers, pick up and drop off twice a week and they would not own up to the fact that they had our clothes somewhere, even though we had a list of very specific items that were missing. They gave us the run-around and apparently did not care about losing our business. This went on for two months with no resolution.

Had a bad experience with tailor
I brought a brand new, pretty expensive pair of jeans to have a slight stitched put in and specifically asked for it to be fixed in the one spot, making clear of it, and requested a certain color thread. Got the pants back and they had stitched an entire semi circle - ruining the pants - in navy thread. It was removable, but it created a large hole and warped the fabric.

Still can't get ahold of the owner to complain.
