The igniter on our furnace gave out and we called around. Three places charged $120/hr, one $96, and Burton $90. One place could set us up with an appointment a week from the day we called, or we could pay overtime fees. The other place just didn't do weekends. Burton not only called back with the part, but Alex was easy to work with and came the next day. I didn't expect him to charge for the time it took to go get the part, but he was done within 10 minutes of his arrival, came early, and was knowledgeable.

Hired Burton Repair to do a job.
He said he would be here at 9 AM on Saturday. At 9:35 I called him to see if we were still on for the job as he had not called or showed up at the appointed time. He said yes that he was still going to do the job but had overslept due to working until midnight. When I asked how long he would be he said he'd be over in 30 minutes. At noon I still hadn't seen or heard from him. Hire him if you want, I wouldn't and I won't!
