Property Management in Tucson
Current tennant in an apartment with Burns Development. Refridgerator is broken. They put it in storage. Toilet doesn't flush. I use a bucket. Flooring in bath water damaged - cracks, gaps, and curls expose the adhesive underneath and harbor decades of bathroom refuse. Three major problems - all maintenance requests denied.
One reason I was given - there is no money. Another reason - I signed the lease. I know my rights and responsibilites.
Today, general maintenance shows up at my door before business hours, without 24 hr notice, without phone call or work order. I say, I had placed 3 plumbing requests. He says, he's unqualified.
Have been renting identical apartments from several companies for over 15 years and never denied working appliances, facilities, or flooring. Thank you.
