In one word - CARING by Christal G. at InsiderPages
Dr. Bonney has seen my son for 6 years now and he has ALWAYS taken his time with him. Even though he only sees him about once a year (annual check-ups) he always looks over his record and asks how he is progressing since the last visit. He relates well to children and takes the time to ask my son about sports, school and other hobbies. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Bonney to anyone who wants their child in the best hands. He is a very nice man with great medical skill and and awesome bedside manner!

great doctor by Jennifer N. at InsiderPages
We just switched to Burlington Peds West and my 2 year old saw Dr. Johnson. He was great with my little boy and really talked to me and listened to any concerns I had. We are happy to have found him.

Caring, Nurturing, Professional by Amy L. at InsiderPages
For those of you negative nellies, I have taken all 3 of my children to Burl Peds and would recommend no other physicians. I have a 22, 20, and 6 y.o. all of whom were cared for by Burl Peds West. Sometimes you may have to wait, but each physician spends time with each child to ensure a proper diagnosis. Dr. Bonney and Dr. Moffitt are the best peds in the state! These people are kind, caring, nurturing, professional individuals.

Burlington Pediatrics by Jamie H. at InsiderPages
I unintentionally landed on this website and was very upset to see some of the negative comments. My 3 yr. old and 16mo. old have always gone to Burlington Peds. Dr. Bonney is our first choice, but there have been no issues with any of the pediatrician's we have encountered. Dr. Bonney has always spent as much time as necessary. I don't feel rushed and I have the utmost confidence in his medical assessment and treatment. He has even taken the time to listen to the lungs of a beloved stuffed animal, at my son's request. :) We usually have to wait quite a while, but I know that it's because Dr. Bonney is spending the needed time with the patients before us. As for the wanting your money issue that was mentioned in several reviews...it is the insurance companies that demand money from the practice and it's their job. I'm sure if your paycheck was 2 months late you would be making some phone calls! I certainly have complaints about insurance companies, but that's another issue that SHOULD be controlled by our government. So, I suggest you write your congressman. I do wish there were completely separate waiting rooms for sick/well visits. All of the toys are on the sick side and it is nearly impossible to explain to a toddler that all of the toys are contaminated with germs. Even so, I have always recommended Burlington Peds to friends and family.
Jamie H.

Disappointment by Betsy L. at InsiderPages
Burlington Peds only cares about your money and how fast they can get to the next patients. It is obvious they want to get you and get you out. Also, the front office manager has no customer service skills whatsoever. I overheard her talking about a very young mother and it wasn't nice things. The hallways also smell, I have been in there 3 times in 2 1/2 months and each time it stinks. We have since transfered out of there, thank goodness for my children!
