Great quality service in an area where good nursing homes are hard to find. My mom was treated with great care and respect by the staff. The nurses were responsive to my needs as a family member and even though its not home, I know my mom appreciates the place. My only concern is a lack of parking on the street, and it can sometimes be difficult to park underneath the building.

Because this is not a new facility, don't judge it on its looks, it really has great quality care.

After visiting several in downtown, I decided to place my mom at burlington because I felt that the staff cared about the residents and that there was a lot of activity when I walked in. Even though my mom only was there for 1 month, she recovered quickly and would return if she needed more therapy. I would recommend.
