Hi Buncomom. Sorry to hear you had such a bad experience, but I found my experience at Delta Engineers to be fantastic! That rate you mentioned may have included the time it took for them to get to your home, and yes, you should have asked for a written report or you should have followed up with them. However, I do not know the reason for their visit, which may not have even needed a report. I believe in their quality of work and customer care so much that I am sure if you called them now for anything, they would help you out to the best of their capabilities! Have a great day!!!!

Yes that was the case with the previous owner, but not anymore. Since May of 2011 Delta was purchased by new owner. It’s now a Woman-Owned business. They were recommended to us by friends and we are thankful for their service and used them on our project.

I would not use this company again. I paid $350.00 for less than a half an hour at my house for a structural inspection and did not get a written report. I guess it was partly my fault for not asking if i was going to get a written report before i had them out. I should have done more homework. Very disappointed and feel ripped off. Make sure you know exactly what you are getting for your money upfront! I learned the hard and expensive way!‎
