Beware! Bypass BMG!
Don't spend your $ renting from these people. They will ignore your maintenance requests, Steal your desposit and give you a crapy reference to try and prevent you from moving out.

The office staff has a high turnover rate and they have sour attitudes.

Not impressed.
I was approved to rent an apartment from these people in April of this year. I asked if they would do repairs to the apartment I was interested in, and they acted as if the request was a joke. There is a new person every week that can never answer any questions.
