Difficult to close account, they keep...‎

I asked them them by phone to close the account and they agreed. I verified in writing. But they continued to charge my bank account via automatic withdraws for 6 months and then when I called to find out why they said "The contract if for 5 years, you can't cancel early." Be very carefully before signing their contract!!‎
