i've admired the BFUMC nursery school from afar for many years while my stay-at-home-mom friends sent their kids there. since i work full-time, i arranged having someone stay with my girls at my home in order for them to attend the two-day, 3-hour-per-day program and i'm so glad i did. the teachers are caring and thorough - always watching out for your child and weighing his or her strengths and weaknesses and (tactfully) drawing those to your attention. the parents are very involved and attentive, and they tend to have the kind of kids you want your children to be friends with. i have the sense that not only are my girls learning important life skills while attending, but they're also guided by a firm but gentle hand that genuinely cares for them. i can't say enough good things about this school - by far the best choice in burbank, IMHO.‎

BFUMC is a great church, very welcoming with many outreach programs for children and adults. They have an extensive dance and music program, as well as Spanish and Art classes. A very vibrant and friendly house of worship.‎
