Everyone at Bay Area Vinyl Shutters was very good and very knowledgeable. They met all my expectations, and they were all on time. It was a real pleasant experience from getting the quote to installation of the products. We had all the windows of our house redone, and they were pretty much able to install shutters and blinds in one and half day. They say what they are going to do, and they do it. We'll have to see how well the shutters and the blinds age. Right now, they look great. If it is as good as they say, we will definitely use them again. There is a 25 year warranty on the products.
