I AM HIGHLY DISGUSTED BY THE WAY I WAS TREATED AT THE SHERMAN OAKS BUFFALO EXCHANGE LOCATION!!! IT TOOK ME WEEKS OF PLANNING OF WHAT I WANTED TO BRING INTO THE STORE TO SELL, I SPOKE WITH MANY SALES REPS. OVER THE PHONE BEFORE FINALLY GOING IN THEY REASURED ME THAT THEY WOULD TAKE MY CLOTHES TO SELL. THEY TOLD ME TO COME ON IN.. SO MIND YOU ALL THAT I LIVE IN PALMDALE WHICH I MENTIONED TO THEM AND THEY STILL INSISTED FOR ME TO COME ON DOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHEN I GET THERE I HAD 4 BAGS FULL OF UNWARN BRAN NEW CLOTHES, FROM HATS, JACKETS, DRESSES, PANTS, TOPS, SHOES, YOU NAME IT I BROUGHT IT AND THOSE JERKS HAD THE NERVE TO LOOK THROUGHT ALL MY THINGS AND TURN IT ALL AWAY BUT KEEP 1 SATIN TOP AND GIVE ME $4... THEN ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO DANATE MY THINGS TO THEM. I TOLD THOSE PEOPLE I'D RATHER BURN EVERYTHING IN MY BACK YARD BEFORE I TURN ANYTHING OVER TO THEM!!! I'M UPSET BECAUSE I FELT THAT I DIDN'T NOT GET ANY QUALITY SERVICE, THEY WERE DISCRIMINATING TO ME AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL, NOT HELPFUL AT ALL THEY ARE LIARS! AND THEY DON'T WANT YOUR CLOTHES THEY WANT HIGH FASHION PRADA, CAVALLI ETC.. THEY SUCHED AND I'M VEXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a place to sell your last season clothes. They look at your stuff, separate the wheat from the chaff and then tell you what they will take and what they won't. Then you can decide to take 35% cash or 50% exchange, meaning that you can look around the store for something else to get in the amount of your credit. You can also come back if you dont' find something that day.

The store is really cool and fashionable. Clothes are all over the racks and seem to be seperated by the men side and the women side. The store is crowded but if you have time to search through the racks you will find cool clothes, but they are not cheap. But the dressing room is one of the coolest little rooms I've ever seen and the workers are very nice.

Wow, this place is very cool. Hip softly used clothing at amazing prices. Normally, it's a lot harder to find used clothing that's still fashionable. But this place makes it easy. Also - great deals on shoes. Most of them looked barely used to me. You can also sell back any clothing you want and they'll give you cash and a credit to the store - very hip and smart.
