This is the first time that I have tried to sell my slightly used clothes in hopes of receiving some sort of money back. Unfortunately, when I went to Buffalo Exchange, they did not like anything that I brought to offer, and I left with $0. I went to Buffalo Exchange with my friend Christine. She lugged a huge box there, and they only took two pieces of clothing from her. She was able to get around $11 back and she used it to buy a cute new pair of red heels for $10. The heels that she bought where probably only worn once and in great condition, so I give Buffalo Exchange props for choosing items that are pretty new. I thought that I'd at least be able to sell back one or two items, but.. I guess my style isn't cool enough!!! I could see that they only chose a certain style, and if you didn't match it, then that sucks. Most of my clothing were in good condition and I just didn't see why they wouldn't take it. I'm a little sad that I wasn't able to make any money from this trip, but now that I have been there and seen what sort of styles that they do prefer, then maybe next time that I go, I'll be more successful!

I never knew what Buffalo Exchange was until my girlfriend begged me to take her. It's a high end thrift store. Most of the items are on the fashion side so they're either designer brands or almost brand new. My girlfriend has walked out with Juicy Couture clothing at way cheaper prices than department stores. I was surprised to find out that they sell mens clothing. I came out with a nice pair of seven jeans and some banana republic shirts. This place is a great way to shop for designer clothing if you don't have the budget to buy it full price. Most prices are ideal. The most expensive thing I got was a $17 romper for my girlfriend. They should have nicer sales associates and cashiers. They are really snotty!

I didn't like this store. I felt it was more thrift store than resale shop. Everything seemed crammed together and poorer quality than the other popular resale shops. They're also the "pawn shop" of resale shops, as I didn't find any clothes tp purchase and was offered only a tiny stippance in return.

This place is definitely worth the trip down to PB. Make sure you leave yourself plenty of time (not only to park, but) to browse because in order to make it worth your time, you really have to go through racks... you can come across some great finds in this store... It's one step above a thrift shop. They've got a lot of brand name clothing, but more so than that they've got a lot of stylish used clothing... I've found some great peasant skirts and tops here.... at really good prices. It's a pretty big place... worth while to visit!
