This man has been a waste of time .. He is a fruad.. He lies to people saying that he is rich.. Very friendly when it comes to collecting you money.. But he is very flaky.Will not pick up your calls unless he is expecting to collect from you. He lie saying he doing alot for you when he is not doing a god damm thing.. He is very dilussional, and seems like he doesnt care who he srews or jips for their hard earned money.. He can be very clever at first, but once you deal with him more you'll find out he is full of himself.. Avoid this man at all cost.. If he's done you wrong report him..People like that can not be getting away with screwing people for their hard earned money..CHARLES BUFFA is his name.. I would'nt doubt for a second that theres benn more complaints about him

Dealing with Charles Buffa of Always Safe Driving School has been a really terrible experience. I paid money in advance to book his time for driving lessons. He was very prompt and seemed polite when the time came to obtaining payment. But when the time came to providing service, this guy was nowhere to be found. He never showed up for the scheduled class neither has he ever called to provide an explanation. He cannot be reached on his cell phone. Calls to his work number always go to voicemail and he NEVER returns your call. There is no way to get a hold of him at this point. In the end, I've been cheated and have lost money and time.‎
