We did business with them for a while. Unfortunately I had to file BK. I gave them my attorneys phone and told them what was going on. The mgr Mayra Martinez did nothing but harass us after that, she did not care for the laws. She called at work REPEATEDLY, at home many times a day, called references excessively. I told her repeatedly to please stop calling, not to call at all at work. But she did not care, she was rude, disrespectful and vindictive. They offended us and harrased us over and over and over again. So did the other employee there. I called and tried to get it resolved with the company but they didnt care.All the other creditors respected the fact that I gave them my attorney's number but Budgetline did not care. She was pretty creepy, this is not a place to do business. They do not follow the laws AT ALL!!!!
