some people cannot be pleased. ones who usually complain are the ones that are usually wrong.this dealer is in good rating with every professional rating company

I'm suprised with all of the negative reviews for this location. I actualy had a really good experience here.. Everyone was very nice and helpful.. The young girl in the office took care of me and even played with my dog while I finished my paperwork. I always get the best rates at Budget, and they always beat their competition from what I can tell. Will definitely recommend to anyone. They even have this new store open in the conjoining building and I wound up finding this awesome new dresser for my new place, and Rose the owner, even bought my old dresser that I didn't know what I was gonna do with. Pretty cool concept I guess.. I don't know figured I should say something.. moving is stressful and no one ever talks about the positive, but I was definitely at ease this move..‎

#1, the guys in this office WILL try to steal your money. Actual quote from them: "Don't worry, go ahead and sign anyways, if you don't use that stuff, we'll just remove it from the charge later." WRONG. They'll deny it. When I called to get it corrected, they lied to me & hung up on me! I had to call corporate customer service 3 times over the course of a month to get a refund. #2, they cannot read and write or spell properly. #3, the office smells and looks like a dust-covered 70s bowling alley threw up. They are selling nasty old furniture. Make a decision guys - are you a furniture dealer or a truck rental office? If you need more reasons NOT to rent a truck from these people, then good luck. Don't be #12 on here.‎

Do not rent a truck from this place!!! I unfortunately did not read any reviews before I picked up my truck and I wish I had. FIrst I should have known there would be a problem when the momemt I walked in the manager was screaming at a customer. The customer was clearly trying to explain something to her and she was calling him a big baby and telling him to let it go! SO unprofessional. Then when he left the manager went off about him while i was standing there! I was trying to work with the guy at the counter - and we could barely hear each other over all the screaming. Then the guy told me did someone call you and tell you we don't have a truck for you. I said NO! He asked if it was a one way - i said no it's a local. He then said oh yeah we have a truck. The price changed until i showed him my reservation, the deposit DOUBLED to $300- even though reservation said otherwise. They were still estimating my mileage at the one way rate. Everything he said to me was wrong - until ...

I had one of the worst costumer service experiences of my life just now with this Budget location. When I rented my truck it was clearly explained to me that I would be charged for three time slots as it was during a weekend rental and their "time slot" program was in effect. I'm staring at my contract right now and it CLEARLY states the daily rate is $105 and half of that (the half day time slot) is roughly $55. This was clearly confirmed for me by their staff when I rented the truck. I was charged a total of $265.19 and when I called to have them review the bill they gave me a bunch of bull runaround and told me they had no access to my bill and I'd have to call customer service. I got no where with customer service and called them back only to sit on "hold" listening to them screaming profanities at each other for five minutes. Then got on the line and told me I was clearly told the time slots were $70 each (I was never told ANYTHING of this kind) and ...
