Budget Blinds, not worth it by Alicia H. at InsiderPages

They do not stand behind their product, they are non-responsive to requests, they were rude when we had a problem and had the worst customer service I have ever seen. Then when we asked corporate to help, it took them two weeks to respond and we still have not had all our window coverings put on after two months. Try any other company..

Don't let the name fool you. The window treatments are not really a great deal. They sent me blinds that I didn't order and gave me a hard time about sending them back. Customer service is not that great.
