Terrible Service, Cheap Product‎
In late 2009 we ordered blinds from this location for our home. Half of the order was installed while the other half was still in production overseas. We paid for half the order at the time the order was placed. When the product was installed several weeks later, the blinds were catching on the “dark-out shade” on the other side of the blinds and soon started to break. At the time of the install the installer told us these were not the right shades for this type of window and they should have ordered another type. We called the store owner (Dave) and told him about the problem. He said he would call us back with a solution. He never did. We continued to call and he continued to put us off. When the other half of the ordered arrived Dave called us to schedule an install, and we told him we did not want the rest of the order. We again asked for a solution to the original problem at which time Dave said he would call us back with a solution. He never did. Today, and without authorization ...
