budget blinds of rancho santa margarita
The franchise was great when it was owned by Chris. Unfortunately it was sold and the customer service is very, very poor. My order came in incomplete and I made numerous calls that were not returned and if reached I was told they would call me back which they did not. I definitely would not recommend them for anything.
