Unprofessional Attitude
My Grandmother had signed a bid to have blinds installed in her house in Santa Clara recently. She signed the bid without myself present to help influence the decision as to which blinds I thought would look good. Regardless, when the installer came to install the blinds, she mentioned that she was not particularly fond of the blinds she had chosen and would like different ones. She was informed, correctly, that she had signed a contract for that particular product (faux wood blinds) and would have to stick with those. Budget Blinds was very accommodating up to this point. However, the installer was very abrasive and left the job. We worked out the details over the phone with my involvement. When the installers came to finish the job, they asked for final payment but she refused on the grounds that she wanted to receive a final bill before she paid the final amount.
