After trying 3 other vets in the area I wouldn't change from this location for almost anything...you know we all have our price though sometimes.
Pros : They remember your name and your pet's name. They are more than willing to call you before charging you for service that you don't need. They are very flexible and willing to stay a few minutes late if you give them enough notice. The vet and his tech has the patience to explain things in a way that'll make sure you understand what you need to do. They are flexibile in letting you bring your pet in early and pick them up later in the day if you can't wait.
Cons : Sometimes they're so swamped the front desk may not be able to give you the best attention so they are human and you have to wait a little bit. But it's worth it.
