Difficult to resolve problems with defective windows
In all of my 30 years of working in the manufacturing industry, both low tech and high tech, and in all of my years of owning several homes, I have never experienced such frustration with a vendor. From the very start, approximately 3 years ago, Buckley has been unaccommodating in every aspect my dealings with them. First, and foremost, they NEVER return a phone call. Second, they are impossible to schedule. Lastly, the $7,000 plus CAT 5 hurricane windows that were installed are continually popping springs! Buckley's response is "Too bad. Here's the number of a guy who repairs that." To the tune of $275 a pop!
If I had it all to do over again, I would choose another window company. According to friends who are having windows installed there are others who do better work for less.
This is the first-time that I've written a review. I hope others will find it helpful in saving them aggravation and a lot of money. Good luck with your windows!
