Buying a car here was a HUGE mistake‎
Since I bought a used car from this place my life has been a nightmare. Browning Mazda switched my financing from a credit union I picked out to one of their own without notifying me. Switching it back required me to go back to the dealership. They did not possess the title for the car I bought and I had to wait 3 months for the previous owner's bank to cooperate and send it over. And the icing on the cake? Even though they showed me the "full" Carfax info on this car AND it was a certified pre-owned Mazda, I find out today during the first car check-up from my mechanic that the car shows definite signs of being in a collision and of course the work isn't covered by the warranty. Don't go to Browning Mazda unless you like the feeling of constant regret.‎

Grossly Unprofessional‎
Unfortunately, a bad experience that started out so well. I met with a couple of sales guys to talk about a used CX-9. I am forbidden from dealing in interest based financing for religious reasons. It was a long-shot, but I thought I'd ask if they would consider 0% financing on a used car. I told them that although no deal was made, I had a very nice experience. Then things got weird. I get a call from the salesman the next day, "My sales manager would like to meet with you." I had a pretty busy day ahead of me, but I thought, hmm, maybe the higher-ups had a change of heart? So I swing by on my way home from work to meet Azzy, the sales manager. He's got my whole credit history on his desk, pages and pages. He says, "So you don't believe in interest, huh?" He's got a ...

My wife and I purchased a 2007 CX-7....
It was the easiest car purchasing experience - no high pressure sales reps. Friendly staff. It is a little bit of a drive from where we live in Costa Mesa, but I'd go there again if I were to purchase another Mazda. ...
