RUDE OWNER LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS‎

I will NEVER return to this salon. The girls are nice and very talented but the owner needs to go. These poor girls walk on pins and needles and the owner cares for no one but herself. These ladies need to ALL walk out the door at the same time and I promise you the owner would never recover.The owner needs to learn the #1 rule, TREAT OTHER AS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED!! She has piss poor business skills with people. I advice you to pick a different salon.‎
