Horrible Prop Mgmt
I had a horrible experience with this mgmt company also. They were very helpful in the beginning managing my property, but I was the one who found a renter and they do nothing to manage the property except receive the rent. The rent is due to them by the 5th of the month, but I wouldnt receive the rent in my account until typically the 29th or 30th of the month. They said this was their process.
Jennifer is the lady that works the phones, not helpful at all and will just ignore your emails...if they dont want to speak to you, someone else will answer the phone and magically "nobody is in the office at this time." LeAnn is part owner and also seemed very helpful, but with her being the owner...needs to realize when her system is incorrect or outdated and realize she is supporting the customer, so customer service needs to be #1. I was overcharged their management fee twice..."computer error"...and I have still not received the overcharge money back (6 months ago). Will not return my emails...I am now taking it to the next level. Please save yourself the headache and stay away from this management company if you have a rental home.
