Originally from Minnesota. I took my four children here
(teenagers) for one year. During that time they had on average five cavities each. They NEVER HAD A CAVITY BEFORE AND NOW THEY HAVE FIVE????? When child number four was told again she had cavities - three this time I took her somewhere else for a second opinion - TWO OPINIONS. Absolutely NO CAVITIES diagnosed by either dentist. REALLY??????? When other child was told he had two cavities I went for a second opinion again - VOILA NO CAVITIES!!! Went to another dentist for a third opinion just to make sure - no cavities.

Went back to Brodhagen with my four "other" diagnosis and was told I was mistaken. I was informed they just wanted to "make sure the cavaties did not grow larger and that is what the appointment was for, to check on them." I responded "so you made appointments to fill all these cavities (at least four hours total) and I was mistaken that I have the appointment card for such a procedure for two children?"

Braces......I was told ALL FOUR needed braces, even though all their lives they have been told they have perfect teeth. Broadhagen stated they needed braces and conveniently had the "perfect orthodontist" for them. This time I took all four children for THREE....YES THREE second opinions and ALL THREE SAID THEY HAD ABSOLUTELY NO NEED FOR BRACES. We promptly left Brodhagen Dental for an ethical dental practice.

They have a fantastic facility with all the latest technology which is very impressive. Perhaps they need to diagnose unnecessary procedures to pay for these items????
