We got a lease here last year - this was our first lease, and we trusted Fernando, a friendly sales rep that we worked with. He promised us that we could improve my partner's (admittedly bad) credit by putting both of us on the lease, then after a year we could refinance the lease and lower our lease payments.

Outright LIES. A year has passed and for some reason, friendly Fernando doesn't remember telling us that we could refinance a loan because it is IMPOSSIBLE to refinance a loan without purchasing the lease!

Total scam- I do NOT recommend this dealership, and particularly suggest steering clear of Fernando!

I have 2 small children and to even consider purchasing a car with the little monkeys running around on us I thought, we need to do it now or never! The interior is nice and clean, my salesperson Mike was young but knowledgeable and very friendly. There was no pressure , I would say from start to finish 1 hour, includes test drive and negotiations. It was very smooth and no slimy people, I thought a monster was going to come out of the closet from the reviews. I'm always for the underdog so thank you for my new car and a great experience!

quick talking salespeople will try to intimidate you. Dont be fooled by fast talking kids. Take your money to a more reputable dealership or buy used like I did. Do your research and ladies, watch out!!!Professional con artists await.

I consider myself lucky to have found a local Vw dealership that treats me like i own the place. The sales staff was totally funny, but professional and knowledgeable. i was in and out with my new jetta in like an hour, it was awesome. 5 stars, totally reccomend.

In November 2006 I brought my car in for a 60K service. The next day following the service my husband is driving to work and the undercarriage loosens up and starts dragging on the freeway. He immediately pulled over, got help to temporarily fix it and headed back to the dealership only to find out screws and security nuts were missing. In May 2008 I brought my car in for a 80K service. A week later following the service my husband is driving to work and he hears a knocking sound when he presses on the clutch and the car starts shaking. He immediately turns around and heads back to the dealership only to find out that the wheels were not centered correctly. Who knows what will happen at the next service (if I decide to go back)!
