We purchased a RICCO vac about 9 years ago. After about 5 years it was running bad...Took it back and they reconditioned it for $50 and it was as good as new...Another 4 years took it back again and they said same thing and this time $100 and like new vac... Not like most places and want to sell you a new one...Going on 10 years now and still a fantastic vac... HIGHLY RECOMEND
