Took my range rover in to check on engine noise that the dealer was not able to duplicate so they were not able to help. Hovik was great as he told me to leave the car and he would look at it and call me back. He was able to call me a few hours later as he had found the problem and gave me the estimate and that my car would be ready in 3 business days and it was. I took in my Jaguar Type-S to get the engine fixed because it was making some weird noise and I left very happy.
