Excellent job
I had absolutely no problems with Brinkmann Roofing. I chose them because they have been around over 30 years. I didn't want some fly by night company coming in and leaving me stranded years down the road. Everything went smoothly, had no billing issues, and couldn't be happier. Salesman really helped me pick the right color and style. Very helpful.

Horrible to deal with! very poor customer service, They have a good product however their billing is awful! They are rude and don;t care about customers. Filed complaint with Texas Attorney General due to their poor billing and strong arm collection techniques!

Brinkman Roofing did my roof and I am totally dissatified with the work!! Did not overlap the valley roof, cut and pasted it. Now today they come to "seal it" where they did a crappy job. I called them to inquire and of course "someone will call me back". Money down the drain. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY CUT CORNERS. They are also overpriced.

I had a contract with this company to fix my roof leak Decm 2006. The contract coast was 1055$ and included one year warranty. The leak was never fixed and I continue to have the same leak from the same spot for more than a year after multiple fixes. In September 2008 the best roofer they had the master fixer as they call him found the source for the bedroom leak and he showed it to me in an area they never even got close to it before. He, himself told me that if they sent him from the beginning I wouldn’t suffer and go though the pain that I went through. Luckily, I did not have leak since then. Now this company has the courage to ask for extra charges other than the initial charges (1055$), they are asking for 350$ extra because the roof was finally fixed after the warranty period is over. After suffering for a year and half of continuous roof leak and financial losses in the renovation I had for the wall (around 4000$) which got destroyed by the leak, they have the guts to ask for more money. I filed a complaint to Texas attorney general and I will tell everybody about them in all consumer reviews.
