I had heard for two years PLENTY of people talk highly of Brightway, as a matter of fact people say if Brightway can't fit me in, I will wait.
I got a quote a year ago after we had been living in our new home for a year, kids and dogs did a number on the VERY LIGHT carpet up the stairs and continuing from there, LOL
I had cleaned with my personal rug cleaner and it always looked the same when I got done.
Finally I had them come out, and OH MY GOODNESS I have NO idea why I waited the extra year, but you would NEVER know it now, it looks like we just moved in again, I NEVER thought those stains would come out! My cleaning lady was JUST as impressed as us! She noticed immediately. I also had a sofa group and area rug cleaned as well (a years worth of wet dogs from the pool) and it too is like new again (guess the dogs can stay since I found Brightway)
THANK YOU just doesn't seem enough for this business, the technician was not only professional but VERY nice, on more of a family friendly basis, which is huge for me, I am a very family orientated friendly person. I trusted him with NO reservations.
