When I was referred to Bright Star PT, I didn't know that Pilates would be an important part of my treatment. I have not only gotten my mobility back but also look better and feel better thanks to the Pilates treatment. They also have other locations so if I can't make a session in Santa Clarita you can go to the Tarzana office too!!! It's really convenient when you have errands to run and kids to pick up!!

My daughter took some water therapy through Bright Star and our dance teacher. It made her so much stronger for dance. And, training in the water was the best. More dance therapy classes are needed.
