Unfortunately I have not had the best of experiences with this office. I have been there 4 times. (3 for routine cleanings and 1 time to check on a tooth) Every time I had a cleaning they were not on time; and on the 8:00 am morning appointment the Hygienist sat in the front window chatting with the receptionist for more than 10 minutes. For the one time I had the tooth check; Dr. Banker wanted me to get a night gaurd. She said they would write a letter to my insurance stating I needed one and they or the insurance company would call me. I never received a call from either one; called the insurance company and they did not have the letter; called back to the office and got the I'll check on it and let you know. Never heard back from them! Then I had scheduled a 12:00 noon routine appointment. I received a call from them confirming my 11:15 am appointment. When I returned the call; I was told that they moved me up so they could leave early and I could come at 11:15 or just cancel it. While I have to say that I really liked Dr. Banker and her chairside manner. She is super sweet and has a beautiful smile! I am no longer going to this office due to "office reasons" not DDS reasons!

I've only been here a few times, but I would definitely go back. I felt so welcome here. The office is very nice and clean. I never had to wait long either. The dentist is very caring and has your best interest in mind. I would definitely recommend this dentist office, if you don't already have one.

The Dr's Brigham have a friendly bedside manner, a modern and warm office, and a charming staff. The facility is conveniently located and there's always ample parking. But none of that maters when you're in the middle of a root canal. What matters is their expertise, their amazing ability to stick large metal devices into your mouth and do very unnatural things, without you ever experiencing a moments discomfort. Whether you need a root canal, or a simple cleaning, I highly receommend this clinic.
