AprI bought my dress and in the process of being sized for it tomorrow. I dropped in unannounced-twice, it was a weekday, so at least they weren't too busy and they were able to help me no problem. I tried other bridal stores and I couldn't wait to go back to Demetrio's. They have a great selection, and awesome customer service.

As a bride to be ready to spend close to $3000 on THE wedding dress . . . due to the poor customer service and lack of personal feel that we got from the "bridal consultants"??? at Demetrios... I have found a dress so similiar and so much less pricey - I'd much rather have paid the $3K for Jessica W.'s service at David's!

I drove 2.5hrs to get to this store and Im glad I did! I knew what I wanted to try on so I called them to make an appointment and by luck I walked in when they were having a special over the weekend. They had a photographer there and if you bought a dress that day they would take your picture and you could view it online! That was fun! They offered great service and best of all my dress came in months before they had said it would! I could not pick up my dress for 6 months and I was worried so I called them and they assured me it would be fine. When I went to get my dress they were happy to help me try it on and understood that it would be difficualt for me to get my alteration done there because of the fitting I would have to go to and the distance I would have to travel. The lady who helped me Iness, did not pressure me and she was very helpful! I had a loose part on my dress and she fixed it for me in a matter of minutes! They have fair prices and great service!

I really had a mixed experience when I first went in. I had scheduled an appointment and had given a list of dresses I was interested in prior to appointment but when I arrived at the store the consultant was running late and I was told to just take a look around and started picking dresses on my own. None of the dresses I had already listed were pulled for me and many were not in the store to try on. I did go during the trunk show and found the most beautiful dress I have every seen! It had all the elements I wanted. I was able to overlook the poor customer service on the front end because once she became avail the consultant was wonderful in letting me try as many as I needed and then helping me with the details of the dress I purchased that same day. I recommend this store, but be patient. If you are in bridezilla mode steer clear.

In a frenzie to find a dress for my flower girl only days before my wedding I went here. The original dress we ordered from another store did not come in on time and was the wrong size. So we got lucky when we went in and found something off the rack. Usually they don't allow off rack purchases but in my situation they allowed me to and gave me a huge discount. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. I will defintiely be recommending this place to many of my friends.
