I had a great experience with Brides By Demetrios in Indianapolis. The lady who helped me , Bev ( I totally recommend her, she is the best) she will help you pick out the dress of your dreams. My Veil was a little pricey , it was $280 , but they gave me $200 off , so it was only $80 , so not to bad. My dress was expensive , be prepared to spend $1000 + , and like 300-400 for alterations , but i rather spend more and have quality service, where the treat you like a princess, rather than Davids Bridal in Castleton where they treat you like horribly and don't help you at all. My Wedding is in October of this year and i ordered my dress in January . Thanks Beverly for making my dreams come true with the best gown ever!!! I'm also purchasing my Bridesmaid dresses there and Junior Bridesmaid as well, so good luck future brides , try on at least 10 dresses before you find the one of your dreams.‎

Michelle really is the best! My sister is getting married in Oct. and Michelle did an excellent job finding a dress that she loved, that we wouldn't have thought to try on. We just went back to get her bridesmaids' dresses and her insight after having 15 years of wedding planning experience was extremely helpful in pointing us in the right direction. Can't say enough good things about our experience here.‎

I had a great experience with Demetrios in Indianapolis. The lady who helped me, Michelle (I recommend), was organized and thoughtful. She worked previously for 15 years as a wedding planner, which gave her lots of experience and wisdom about weddings. She listened to me (and mom/sis/friends) and made a big effort to help me find a dress we all loved. This was in stark contrast to the other bridal shops I went to where I felt like it was a "help yourself" experience and pretty disorganized. Demetrios was by far the most personal and professional place I visited. I'm very excited about my dress!! Most dresses I tried on were in the $1000-$2000 price range, just as an fyi. So it's not the cheapest by any means, but I believe the quality and service are a notch above the other places and worth the cost.‎

i have to say - i'm really surprized to read all the other reviews. i had an amazing experience there - it was exactly how i thought shopping for my dress would be... :) it was a very special, personalized experience - whereas everywhere else i went was basically help yourself. i felt like a princess! :D i went in on a sat. without an appointment and michelle helped me right away. i didn't know what i was looking for yet, as it was the first place i went - and she was very helpful and patient with me. i tried about 10 dresses and right before the last one, she was getting ready to go pull more - now that i knew more of what i wanted - but the last one was it. she knew it, i knew it. i still went to a couple other places after just to make sure and give others a chance, but not only were the dresses not the "one", but the stores were like a disaster after that! i made an appointment to go back on sun. when i got there michelle was still with another client, but the ...

This was the first salon I went to to try on dresses. The service representative that was helping me was older and was simply out for a sale, even offering to give me a dress I only sort of liked and then trying to make it work for me to that in the end I would love it. I want to buy a dress that I love to begin with. She then continued throughout the appointment to make everything appear to be a task, including straightening out the dress to make it look just so when I was standing in front of the mirror. By the end I felt guilty and that I had wasted her time because I was not able to give her the sale she so badly wanted. Take notice ladies, this is bad news bears.‎
