This was my second stop for dress shopping and Hannah managed to pull the perfect dress for me that day, after getting some feedback of what I liked and didn't like in other dresses I was trying on. They managed to squeeze me in for a first fitting and were so nice during alterations. I haven't gotten the final dress yet, but so far I'm completely happy. Their prices are fantastic, too. Plenty of dresses well under $1,000 that are beautiful, plus lots of sale dresses in the back.

NOthing bothers me more than calling a business phone to get the irritating FAX machine screaming into the phone! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
. I have called the number on their website numerous times and don't even get a greeting to know if I called the right place!

I was put on hold for 15 minutes the first time I called and spoke to someone.

The one girl who helped me in the store was extremely helpful, but they were short staffed and others needed her attention. I came in with an appointment.

The website isn't linked to city search and you get a message that the page does not exist. A lot of wasted time.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. I had one person help me and I was her only client, she didnt have ten other people to tend to like some of these other bridal stores. The customer service is awesome! I went to another bridal store before I came here and I had an awful experience, but Bridals By Susanti made my wedding dress choosing a fun a great time.

I grew up in this town and drove past the shop countless times over the past 27 years -- never realized how wonderful the shop was! It was the first store I went to and the staff was wonderful. I later went to a David's Bridal. David's was fine and had a large selection but it felt very open and commercial. I came back to Susanti's and picked my dress out on the 2nd visit.

Susanti's makes a more personal connection with you. I cannot commend the staff any more! The selection is not compromised even if the shop is not as large as the big national stores. If you want to be treated like an individual, please go there! Give respect to get respect and you are SURE to find your perfect dress here!

I have been to several Bridal stores in San Diego, but I found this one to be one of the best! They offer a huge selection of wedding dresses, bridesmaid, and flower girl dresses. Everything is decently priced and the employees were wonderful! I had someone help me for 2 hours and she was amazing! She was incredibly knowledgeable about everything and couldn't be nicer! I definitely recommend it!
