After reading these reviews I was very sceptical about going to this place. I did not have an appointment and was sure they would turn me away or treat me very badly. However, the exact opposite happened. They were extremely friendly and helped me find the gown of my dreams. Both ladies were wonderful and Im happy I gave it a chance.‎

I ordered my dress from this shop months ago thinking that I had found the perfect place to share in my wedding experience! What I didnt know was that as soon as the sales women who had been so wonderful to me no longer worked there the experience would end in such a headache. No one is willing to help and god forbid you ask any questions about payments. Ill go anywhere else for the rest of our attire and I wish I would have for my dress.‎

The owner was so RUDE! They would not see walk-ins. I just wanted to browse and they were snotty and stuck up. They are lucky they are the only ones in town.‎

I have been in there a couple times and each time I found that the staff was very rude. They gave me a hard time for being a walk-in even though there was nobody else in the store and when I told the owner that I got my bridesmaid dresses at Davids Bridal, she was extremely rude and made a nasty face; clearly to insult me. She would not let me take any pictures at all unless I put a deposit down on the dress first! I found this experience to be very "Salesman-like" and not at all helping me at a happy time, shopping for my wedding dress. This store left me with a very bad taste in my mouth and I would not recommend them at all. There are great bridal stores in Boca Raton and even West Palm Beach that I will go to instead!!‎

I HIGHLY recommend NOT going here EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was by far THE WORST shopping experience I have ever had. This was supposed to be the best and the happiest experience but the "owner" Jane made it the absolute worst. I would not even wish this bridal salon and Jane's lousy excuse for customer service and disgusting attitude on my worst enemy. All this lady seems to care about is getting your money. She ruined the experience for me and from what I heard (obviously too late) she has ruined ALOT of other brides' experiences as well. I only wish I had known more about this place before giving them my business. They are superpushy and tell you that "you don't have alot of time" and really put the pressure on. They insult you but do it in a subtle way. I heard that she told a bride that "she was too fat to be getting married". I had a baby and she told me that I would never be my pre-baby size again!!
