I first discovered Bridal Sense while I was planning my fall 2008 wedding. I had originally purchased a wedding dress (on a whim) from another store, but soon decided to search again for a gown I really loved. Bridal Sense had a great selection at great prices. I found a beautiful dress, but it was SIX sizes too large. Nancy, the owner, assured me that it could be altered. And she was right! They altered it to fit me perfectly. Not only was my gown beautiful, but the customer service was excellent. Everyone treated me so well. (They even sold my first gown for me!) I would highly recommend this store if you want an atmosphere that is relaxed and comfortable. Bridal Sense really appreciates their customers!

I went to Bridal Sense only about 2 months before my wedding. They were my last and by far best stop! I went in the morning and they were so nice and patient and were okay with you asking a million questions and trying anything on. They had a huge selection. My dress and veil came in on time and perfectly. I also ordered all of my bridesmaid dresses from them and had them shipped to NY where my bridesmaids were. They all were came in perfectly and needed minimal alterations even when doing sizing over the phone! I really would trust them. They treated me well and I felt very comfortable with them!

WALKED IN AND WAS HELPED BY ELLE..SHE WAS THE BEST...I TOLD HER WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND SHE PICKED OUT A COUPLE OF CHOICES..I FELL IN LOVE WITH HER SECOND CHOICE..EVEN THE OTHER GIRLS THERE WANTED TO TRY ON THE DRESS I WAS WEARING..IT IS PERFECT...AND TO THINK I STOPPED IN BEFORE MY APPT WITH BEAUTIFUL BRIDE...I AM SO GLAD I DID...AND THE PRICE YOU CAN'T BEAT!!! VERY HAPPY BRIDE!!!!!!!!!!

I went to this store once, since they have La Sposa collection. They were all very nice and helpful. We waited a little before starting since it was kind of crowded that day. But it was fine. I still could not find the style i was looking for in that store but at least it was quite relaxed atmosphere that didn't push me to buy right away.
