When a woman tries on her bridal dress, it is supposed to be a magical experience, not a nightmare. I am a 6 foot woman with a large, muscular frame. I called ahead to make the appointment, and was assured that their sample sizes would not be a problem for me to try on. I went into the store to find that their largest sample size was a size 10, but ran very small, an 8 at best but closer to a 6. Not to worry said the assistant. They slid the dress over my head, and it would not even fit around my ribs. The woman pulled and pulled, and sheepishly admitted that there was a problem. It took 3 woman almost a minute to pull the dress off of me with a mighty rip. I was there in my underwear, completely humiliated and in shock. Please do not go to this shop...if the woman would have fessed up and said "We made a mistake, sorry" it would have saved me hours of tears. Thank you, Bridal Galleria. You have turned me into a crying bride...not tears of joy mind you.
