Waited for Doc for over 2 hours - never did get exam

Nightmare. Saturday morning appointment at the N. Wickham location. I wastold to arrive 30 minutes earlier than the appointment time for paperwork. Also told to download paperwork online and bring it along. ?? Arrived with paperwork completed, and sat, and sat, and sat, and sat... Finally I was taken back to an exam room after I'd been waiting for an hour and a half (technically an hour later than my appointment time but of course I had come 30 minutes early as instructed). The nurse/tech checked a few things and took notes for maybe 5-10 minutes. Then I sat alone in the exam room for another 45 minutes. NO ONE came in to check on me, tell me what was going on - nothing. Three other exam rooms had blinking green lights outside the door, which I was told meant they were waiting for the doctor too. So after being there for 2 hours and 15 minutes, I'd had enough and left. Told the receptionist they need to tell patients when they arrive if the doctor had emergencies or issues and would be running so late. Give us the decision whether to wait so long or reschedule. RIDICULOUS!!! Never did meet the doctor. Unless you have 3-4 hours for a an eye exam, find another place!!!!
